The Story

As the heroes traverse haunted swamps, navigate political standoffs between warring clans, and face ambushes from Redcaps in misty canyons, they learn the truth: Lady Isolde is not a monster, but a grieving mother trapped in an eternal moment of loss. Through the Druid's warning, flashbacks in the Weeping Tower, and a perilous journey into Isolde's dreams, they must help her find peace and release the land from the mists and decay that plague it. In a climactic battle where Isolde manifests as a colossal Storm Avatar to protect her child, the heroes must survive without killing her. Through music and acceptance, they help Isolde ascend to the afterlife with Liam, clearing the mists and ushering in a Golden Age where the clans unite in the sudden warmth of the sun.
